1 egg white
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tarter or 1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water
Covers 9x13 pan size cake
Mix first 4 ingredients in small deep bowl. Add boiling water and beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 6-7 minutes.
Frost cake. Don't cover. Store in fridge. Double for layer cake.
